  • DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

    Yes. A small deposit is due upon receipt which is required to reserve your date. The balance is due must be paid in full on the day of the event. You’ll receive a full refund, less your “Save The Date Fee” if you cancel more than 30 days from your event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded.

  • WHAT COMES WITH THE BARTENDER ONLY PACKAGE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

    €150,Bar service up to 3 hours and Bartender’s mixing tools. (glassware and mobile bar can be added separately).

  • WHAT COMES WITH THE COMPLETE BAR PACKAGE?

    This Packages Includes: Once you have chosen the number of bartender & waiters needed, we suggest adding one of our packages (GOLD, PLATINUM AND DIAMOND) to make your event unforgettable. It includes: Led mobile Bar(*) 160cm/56cm/120cm, spirits, liqueurs, syrups, mixers, juices, garnish for the cocktails, ice, bar tools, ice buckets and glassware. We will customise this package for you depending on your needs, This package is completely personalized for you. Let us make your event special and unique for you!

  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE EVENT?

    You are able to pay by Cash, Revolut or Bank transfer, invoice will be sent to you by email as requested.

  • DO YOU TRAVEL NATIONWIDE?

    Yes, we do! We do charge a travel service fee depending on the distance to be traveled.

  • CAN THE BARTENDER SERVE NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AS WELL?

    Absolutely! Our bartenders are more than capable and willing to serve non-alcoholic drinks for your guests.

  • How long can I keep the hired items?

    One hire period is 48 hours or Friday to Monday including Bank holidays.

  • Can I book a delivery time slot?

    We are happy to agree a morning or afternoon delivery with you. The driver will phone you one hour before delivery to update you on his whereabouts.

  • Do I need to wash everything before I return them to you?

    No, all we ask is that you rinse off the plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses removing any food or drink residue.  Return them to the racks we provide and we will look after the washing. As regards linen just return it to us, we will have it laundered.

  • What happens if I break something?

    There is a 'replacement charge' for each item you hire detailed on the hire document referring about on all losses/breakages.

  • Can I amend my order?

    You can make amendments up to 48 hours before delivery subject to stock availability. At this point payment will be taken electronically.

  • When do I pay?

    If the goods are being delivered payment will be made by Revolut or Bank transfer, 24 hours prior to delivery. invoice will be sent to you by email.

  • HOW DO I BOOK?

  • CAN I BUY MY OWN ALCOHOL BEVERAGES OR CAN BYJOSEM SUPPLY ALCOHOL? ?

    YES!, or you can choose to work with one of our liquor distributor partners and they will supply the alcohol for your event. We can provide you with all the alcohol you need directly, we will let you know when we chat about your event. This includes delivery and returns of all products that are unopened. We are happy to assist you with whichever option best suits your needs!
